It shouldn’t be too different from when I used my Corvette the entire winter in Montreal... You should be good to go with good tires.

Ironically I’m considering getting a Viper of this generation, but it wouldn’t be seeing snow. Otherwise it would take on DD duties.

I see no reason not too. My friend just picked up a Gen 2 ACR a few months ago and drives it around, that thing is sick. A Gen 3 will only be easier to drive and a little better to live with, go for it!
